We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24-48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 30 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will work with you to adjust the style or color to better meet your expectations.

We welcome all fur babies to our space. We do however rely on our clients abilities to gauge whether their fur babies will have and help facilitate a relaxing environment for the rest of our guests and staff and other animals who may be here.
